I am not going to school in the morning. My car broke down. This has upset my routine. I have to get the bus to the college and this makes me nervous. Once I decided not to go, I felt a lot better about things.
I realise that this is incredibly abnormal behaviour. I'm really scared of so many things and I wish I wouldn't be but I don't know how to fix it and so this is how things are going to be for now.
